Fire Rated Steel Doors

DESCRIPTION: Fire rated steel leafs up to 4 hours, longitudinal edges shall be but seamed, mechanically interlocked.

Astragal for double doors: galvanized steel, Z shaped, specifically for double doors.

MATERIAL: Double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, zero spangle to B.S. 1245.

FACE SHEET: Made of 1.25‐1.3 mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction.

DOOR EDGES: Door edges shall be fabricated utilizing the following different profiles: Square Edge – edge of door which is 90° to the face.

Beveled Edge – edge of a door which is not at a 90° angle to the face of the door.

TOP & BOTTOM: The top and bottom edges shall be closed with a continuous channel, and spot welded to both face sheets maximum 1.3 mm. Top of exterior doors shall be fitted with an additional flush closing channel and sealed water‐tight.

Hinge reinforcement: 5 mm thick steel welded to doors and frames.

Bolt holes: double doors drilled at works and provided with mortar boxes.

CORE: Honeycomb filled with polyurethane foam. [Polyurethane Core]: Rigid, cellular type, board conforming to ASTM D1622, 1.8 pounds per cubic foot density min., containing no urea formaldehyde resins.

FIRE RATING: ANSI/UL 10B, “Fire Tests of Door Assemblies”, ANSI/UL 10C, Fire Tests of Door Assemblies, Attach fire rating label to each fire rated unit.

DESCRIPTION: All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to receive specified mortised ironmongery and the like.
MATERIAL:
Galvanized commercial grade steel G90 to B.S. 1245 with mitered.

FACE SHEET: Made of 1.5‐1.6 mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction.
HARDWARE REINFORCEMENT:
-Head Reinforcement: head reinforced for grouting, Magnetic lock, Additional anchor in head for doors width more than 106 cm.
-Jamb Anchors: 3 or 4 anchors for each jamb.

RUBBER: The frame design with a special weather gasket of rubber which made of neon EDPM or TPF or Silicon to assure
sealing the leaf with the frame. This will prevent air ventilation

MULTIPLE USES FRAME TYPES
Our Hollow Metal doors (in addition of being Emergency Doors) can be used as security doors, by adding a Security Lock to it.

Also, it can be used for: Offices and Normal Rooms, Bathrooms, by using Mortise Lock
